In 2005 the company introduced coaching and training services that utilise Brain Gym® and other aspects of kinesiology to support confidence, creativity and effectiveness in daily life.

Jennifer Hand: After several years in teaching moved into publishing and organisational communications, working particularly within engineering, the built environment and computer aided design and manufacturing. John Marchant: Has extensive experience in computer aided design, engineering and manufacturing solutions as well as direct and indirect sales, marketing and business development. With a broad engineering background was involved for many years with process control and message switching applications as well as mainframe terminal systems.
