  Particularly suited to those in teaching and caring roles, this type of training has been designed to support mental and physical wellbeing whilst allowing participants to focus on their personal and team objectives.

Time out from responsibilities, time in with the body and brain

The programme is set up to enable individuals to identify and defuse particular stress responses, engage the senses and confirm priorities. The emphasis then is to develop and articulate practical goals and begin to act upon them.

The relationship between brain function and physical activity is a constant theme and movement is key to the process as it encourages awareness of posture, body language and habitual behaviour.

A recreational treat with a valuable contribution

Our facilitators create a nurturing and supportive environment and invite participants to move within their own ability and share what they consider appropriate. This programme can be delivered as a half day or one day session.
